摘    要:拉管阻力的预算对于非开挖工程中的设备选择、施工工艺的确定至关重要,也是关系到非开挖工程成败的关键因素。影响拉管阻力的因素众多,综合考虑,选取摩擦阻力、泥浆粘滞力、弯曲阻力、扩孔钻头迎面阻力这几个主要阻力作为计算模型的参考因子,进行分析建模。通过与工程实例中实际的拉管阻力进行比较分析,验证计算模型结果的可取性。结果表明,实际的拉管阻力包含在模型计算结果的范围之内,这对非开挖工程有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:In trenchless engineering project, The calculation of pull back force is very important for equipment selection, determination of construction techniques. Moreover, the wrong budget will lead to project failure. There are many factors affect the pull resistance, take all factors into consideration, select several key resistance as the factors in the calculation model reference, such as friction drag, mud viscous force, bend resistance, frontal resistance of reaming bit. By comparison analysis and construction feedback, model of pull resistance in trenchless enginering has the similar results with practical engineering. Therefore, the analysis modelare presented to give reference to other same projects.
