下辽河大陆裂谷与岩浆活动

摘    要:下辽河裂谷是我国东部规模巨大的郯庐断裂带的一部分。五十年代以来,地质和地球物理工作者对郯庐断裂带进行过大量的专题和综合性研究1-5],取得了可喜的进展。尽管如此,目前对其形成时代、延伸规模、力学机制及活动方式等重要问题,尚存在分歧意见。已有资料表明,发育在华北断块区内的一段,应是郯庐断裂带的主体部分,已确信无疑。该段东界的主干断裂,可能形成于太古代末期(其它三条主干断裂形成时代可能稍晚,但至少在中生代即已存在),构成胶辽断块与冀鲁断块的边界。长期以来,它控制着两侧断块基底的形成和古生界盖层的发育,以及构造格架的布局。

Abstract:The Lower Liaohe River continental rift is a segment of the huge Tancheng-Lujiang fracture belt in the eastern part of China.The rift had experienced two stages of development in the Mesccoic Era (Late Jurassic-late Cretaceous) and Cenozoic Era (Eocene-Oligoce-ne) successively.This paper deals mainly with the structural features,the sedimentary formation and the magmatic activity in the Cenozoic rift,as well as the mechanism of the rift formation.A lot of geological and geophysical data have shown that the Lower Liaohe River continental rift was controlled by the NE trending old lithospheric fracture zone,displaying an evident structural configuration with a horst in the centre and two grabens on both sides.A suite of clastic sediments of continental facies and the volcanic rocks with great thickness had been accumulated during the development of the rift,forming a typical continental rift formations.The petrochemical data have indicated that the volcanic rocks in the rift zone belong to alkalline series derived from upper mantle.Though the formation of the rift could relate closely to the uplift of upper mantle,the movement mode (relatively pull apart) of the fault blocks on its both sides was the precondition of the upwelling of the upper mantle materials along the rift zone.Therefore the development of the rift could be attributed to the combination of the crustal and mantle movements.
