青藏盐湖沉积物中粘土矿物的初步研究

摘    要:青藏高原是我国盐湖分布的主要地区之一。对该地区盐湖沉积物中的粘土矿物,前人未进行过系统研究。近年来,作者对柴达木盆地盐湖中的粘土矿物做过一些工作。本文报道了该区49个湖区约200个样品的粘土有关资料,其中包括藏北某些半咸水湖和盐湖周围的某些土壤和泥样的有关资料。文中对含粘土矿物的碎屑沉积物的岩性、粘土矿物类型、粘土化学组分以及粘土资料在盐湖形成演化过程中的地质意义等方面进行了初步讨论和总结。

Abstract:According to data of 49 lake areas, we can summary some respects as follows:1. Lithologic characters are sandy silt and elayely silt. It is similar to Malan Loess in salt-formation stage, but it is silty clay and clay in non-salt formation stage.2. Clay minerals are mainly illite, secondary chlorite, little montmorillonite, ka olinite, trace mixed-layer mineral, and maybe present palygorskite-sepiolite group minerals.3. It is characterized by rich in K2O(15-20)and MgO(5-20)for chemical composition of clay in salt lakes. Generally, chemical compositions are similar to cold-warm zone continent clay in non-salt-formation stage, but to salt-bearing clay in salt-formation stage.4. Clay minerals are generally allothigenous. Some minerals present transformation or alteration in salt-bearing process of salt lake too.5. The data of clay are useful for studing some respects of evolution process of salt lake, for example, it may indicate trend of climate evolution in geological time, and for understanding environment and condition of formation of sediments and so on.
