摘    要:Pseudorbitoides是Dilly(1973),Gorsel(1978)等作者所划分的晚白垩世加勒比区有孔虫动物群的主要成员。在西藏南部所发现的Pseudorbitoides yini(sp.nov)及印度标本Pseudorbitoides ariyalurensis(Rao)分类位置的确定,使该属的地理分布范围大为扩大,也使对上述作者的晚白垩世全球大有孔虫动物地理区的划分进行修改更为必要。

Abstract:Pseudorbhoides yini Liu, a new species of pseudorbitoidal foraminifera is found in South Tibet The Indian form "Orbitocyclina ariyalurensis Rao", whose systematic position has long been thought uncertain by some authors, is also a species of Pseudorbhoides.Pseudorbitoides, as the critical member of the Caribean Cretaceous foraminiferal assemblage classified by Dilley (1973), Gorsel (1978) et al., has been found in Caribean and its adjacent region, Mid-Pacific and New Guinea, but never in Eurasia previously. Its occurrence in Tibet and India is of great importance for the revision of the classification of the large foraminiferal global biogeographical province of the Late Cretaceous time.
