| 摘 要： | 吉林省是我国非金属矿产资源较丰富的大省之一，矿泉水资源也质优量大，且具有竞争优势，开发利用率极为可观。本文从非金属的深细加工、尾矿利用，矿业结构调整以及矿泉水的开发规模等方面探讨了利用我省的资源发展地方经济的后发优势等问题。

| Abstract: | Jilin province is one of the big provinces with rich nonmetallic mineral resources in China, also there are a lot of mineral water resources with high quality, having extreme superiority; the profit should be considerable. According to the fine processing of nonmetallic, tailing utilization, adjustment of the structure mining industry and developmental scale of mineral water, how to develop post-developmental superiority of local economy by using resources of Jilin province is discussed in this paper. |
