摘    要:论述了一种基于微机的钻进过程时状态监控与诊断系统的设计思想和研制方法,这种系统可以对钻进过程中的卡钻、烧钻等常见事故进行实时在线监控与诊断。试验表明该系统达到了预期的设计目的,并取得了良好的效果。

Abstract:Design idea and development method of a microcomputer-based system for real-time condition monitoring control and diag-nosis drilling are discussed. On-line real-time monitoring control and diagnosis,such as sticking drilling string,burning drill bit, ete,can be carried out with this system. The results of field test showed that the system is practicable and efficacious.
