| 摘 要： | 列举了一个显然是按照正常施工过程步骤成桩的败例。以对整个成桩过程全面调查和详细试桩结果为基础，对该桩质量所存在的问题作了深入细致分析。提出了改进挖斗体结构、改善无循环钻孔灌注桩成孔工艺，对混凝土各个环节质量控制手段也提出建议。

| Abstract: | Excavated cast in place concrete piles,bored by bucket and with non circulation of bentonite slurry,have had a successful application recently in China.Pile defects and failures have also been encountered by using this technique.A case of pile failure was presented in which piles were formed by an apparently normal construction procedure,but during which quality problems occurred.A deep analysis was made on the basis of fully investigating the whole procedure of making piles and the detailed results of pile tests.Improving the structure of the bucket body and technology for the excavation of cast in place bored piles with non circulation bentonite mud,as well as the means of the quality control during all stages of the concrete placement were recommended. |
