| 摘 要： | 以开封市为例，研究水资源承载力。针对开封市水资源短缺，本文建立了新的基于支持向量机的水资源承载力模型。阐述了水资源承载力的评价方法，评价结果准确客观地反应了水资源承载力的情况。结果表明：影响开封市承栽力的主要因素有人均水资源量等10个指标；开封市水资源承载力总体水体偏低。

| Abstract: | As an example of Kaifeng city, the article studies the loading capacity of water resources, for shortage of water resources this area and establishes the new model of water resources loading capacity based on sustaining of the vector machine. It describes the evaluated method of water resources loading capacity, the evaluated result truly and impersonally response the situation of water resources loading capacity. The result shows there are water resources quantity per person which totally are 10 indexes to influence the loading capacity, the overall level of water resources loading capacity in Kaifeng city is on the low side. |
