| 摘 要： | 阜新市是一个矿产资源枯竭、水资源极度缺乏的国务院确定的经济转型试点城市,即由煤炭资源开发为主转向以现代农业为主.面对地区水资源短缺的现实,如何开发、利用和配置水资源是决定转型是否成功的关键.本文对地区水资源状况进行了分析,并提出了水资源开发利用潜力.

| Abstract: | Fuxin city is an area of that dried up in mineral resources and seriously short of water resources, State Council determined it to be taken as a pilot city to turning its economic type. The original economic system was mainly engaged in exploitation of coal resources, and now it will be turned into modern agriculture. Facing the fact of water resources shortage, how to exploit, utilize and distribute water resources is the key to decide whether the new economic type will be success or not. The article analyzes the situation of regional water resources, and puts forward the potential of exploitation and utilization for water resources. |
