| 摘 要： | 随着城市现代化的推进,城市建设规模的迅速扩大,水资源短缺已成为一个不可回避的问题.而水资源优化配置在一定程度上可以缓解这一矛盾.在总结了水资源配置的内涵、基本原则及模型建立的基础上,提出了相应的建议,以期能为今后的研究工作提供参考.

| Abstract: | With the development of the modernization in cities and the expansion of the increasing size of urban construction,the water shortages have become an inevitable problem.However,the optimal allocation of water resources can mitigate that to some extent.On the basis of concluding the connotation,fundamental principles and model construction of water resources allocation,this thesis proposes some corresponding suggestions which can provide reference for the future research.. |
