| 摘 要： | 传统水资源评价方法分别从质、量两方面分别对水资源进行评价,割裂了水资源的内在联系,已不能满足经济发展对水资源评价提出的新要求。为此,必须从水资源与社会经济、环境协调发展角度出发,根据可持续发展原则,提出一套集评价指标体系、定量分析、分级标准的水资源评价方法。以陕西水资源评价为基础的实例研究,为陕西水资源与社会经济、环境的和谐发展提供了新模式。

| Abstract: | The traditional assessment of water resource in quality and quantity is separately done,and partitions internal relations of water resources so it can't satisfy new requirements with economic development to water resources assessment.Therefore,from the point of harmonious development of water resources with society economy and environment,following to the principle of sustainable development,and puts forward a set of the integrated index system including indicators of comprehensive evaluation,quantitative analysis,classification standards.The demonstration research based on water resources assessment in Shaanxi provides a new model for harmonious development of local water resources with society economy and environment. |
