| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济快速发展和水环境持续恶化,蔚汾河流域水资源供需矛盾日益加剧。本文对蔚汾河流域有限水资源的优化配置方法进行探讨,并对流域水资源进行可持续开发和利用,有利于促进人类可持续发展。在调查该流域不同水质水源基础上,本文研究了决策变量的约束条件,采用生活、农业、工业/建筑业、第三产业和生态环境多目标优化方法,结合决策者不同偏好,得出了几种不同的配置方案。通过调用Matlab优化工具箱中的fgoal-attain函数对该模型进行求解,得到几种不同的水资源优化配置方案,符合蔚汾河流域可持续发展的规律,能使该流域内环境、社会与经济协调发展。
