| 摘 要： | 本文简述了西北地区水资源与配置状况,分析了目前西北地区生态环境方面存在的问题,并指出搞好西北水环境建设,必须先处理好经济快速发展与水资源生态环境恶化之间的矛盾.指出只有系统地提高生产率才能达到人与自然和谐相处,与此同时,提出了因地制宜搞好自然生态建设和社会工农业生产生活体系建设方法及途径.

| Abstract: | The article briefly introduces the situation of water resources ant its configuration in Northwest area of China and analyzes the existed question in eco-environment at present this area.It points out that the conflict between the fast development of economy and eco-environment deterioration of water resources must be handled well at first if we do well construction of water environment in the northwest.The people can't get along with the nature harmoniously except for improving productivity systemically.At the same time,it puts forward some measures and approaches which adjust them to local condition so that can do well construction in eco-environmental and production and living system of social industry and agriculture. |
