| 摘 要： | 运用水资源供需平衡的基本理论,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,通过调查分析泾阳县水资源总量、可利用资源量和各行业用水需求量的预测,经供需平衡分析得出泾阳县在未来发展中水资源将出现匮乏现象.同时针对这一问题,提出几点实现水资源供需平衡的建议,旨在为泾阳县的经济社会发展创造契机.

| Abstract: | Use of the basic theory of water resources supply and demand balance,a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,through investigation and analysis total water resources in Jingyang county,available resources and water demand for all works forecast,by the analysis of supply and demand balance,obtained that the area will occur water shortage phenomenon in the future development of Jingyang County.At the same time,for the problem,the article puts forward a few recommendations to achieve a balance between supply and demand of water resources so that we can designed to create an opportunity for its economic and social development. |
