| 摘 要： | 地下水是水资源的重要组成部分,是支撑经济社会发展的基础性资源和战略性的经济资源的一部分,是生态和环境的控制性要素。20世纪70年代以来甘肃省地下水开发利用规模不断扩大,2005年全省地下水供水量较1970年代增加了2.15倍。由于水资源严重短缺,加之社会经济快速发展,人口增加,大量开采利用地下水,导致部分地区生态环境恶化。通过对甘肃地下水开发利用状况和地下水监测现状的分析,认为地下水资源在甘肃经济社会发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用,要进一步加强地下水监测,提高监测现代化水平,实行统一归口管理,实现可持续发展。

| Abstract: | Groundwater is the key part of water resources,is one of the basic resource and strategic economic resources,is the control point for eco and environment.Since 1970＇s,the exploitation and utilization scale of groundwater is enlarged by time.In 2005 the whole province＇s groundwater supply is higher than the 1970 increase of 2.15 times.Because serious shortage of water resources,the rapid development of the social economy,the increase of population,large exploitation and utilization of groundwater,the part of the eco-environment deterioration.The article is based on analysis on the situation of exploitation and utilization of groundwater and monitoring and thinks the groundwater in Gansu play the crucial rule for its economy development.To strengthen groundwater monitoring,improve the monitoring level,carry on the unified management,it realize the sustainable development. |
