| 摘 要： | 城市生态建设是目前城市实现可持续发展的一个重要路径。城市河流水功能在生态、经济、文化、游憩四方面的作用,在生态城市建设中应使水环境的这些功能最大程度地发挥。以太原市汾河景区水环境功能的开发与利用为例,探讨水与城市和谐相处的开发模式,对城市规划、水资源的开发有一定的借鉴价值。

| Abstract: | Urban ecological construction is a vital gateway of a city to achieve sustainable development nowadays.Urban rivers have four functions in ecology,economy,culture and relaxation.To constructing ecological city,it should take full use of water environment functions.The paper takes the exploitation of Fenhe River scenic zone in Taiyuan City for example,then discuss the best exploitation pattern of harmonious co-existence between man and nature.All mentioned above can draw on the experience of urban planning and water resource application. |
