| 摘 要： | 建立并实施水功能区限制纳污制度是当前水资源保护管理工作的核心内容,也是实行最严格水资源管理制度的具体体现。本文针对塔河流域已开展的相关工作及其存在的问题进行了分析,并对塔河流域水功能区限制纳污红线管理今后可开展的工作进行了初步探讨。
