湖南应溪重晶石矿床地球化学特征及矿床成因

摘    要:湖南新晃县应溪重晶石矿床赋存于贡溪复式向斜的早寒武世牛蹄塘组黑色页岩中,该向斜断层复杂.电子探针分析表明:矿石与围岩都含有钡长石.矿石与围岩的微量元素研究表明:Mo、V、Pb等微量元素强烈富集而大离子与高场强元素含量很低;矿石样品中U/Th比值大于1;矿床围岩稀土元素具有明显的正Eu异常.这些特征揭示该矿床是热水沉积型矿床.研究结果表明:断层为成矿热液提供了上涌通道;上升热液为矿床提供了钡离子,海水提供了硫酸根离子.在氧化条件下,钡离子与硫酸盐离子结合形成了重晶石矿床.

Abstract:The Yingxi Barite deposit in Xinhuang County, Hunan Province occurs in the black shale of the Niutitang Formation of the early Cambrian Series. It is hosted in the Gongxi synclinorium and is associated with many faults. The results of microprobe analysis show that the ores and the hosted rock both bear celsianite. The research on ore and ore-bearing rock trace elements indicate that Mo,V, Pb elements are remarkably enriched, whereas high field strength elements and lithophile elements are very low. The ratios of U/Th of the ore samples are higher than 1, and the hosted rock REE pattern shows obvious positive Eu anomalies. These features may indicate that the Yingxi Barite deposit is the product of hydrothermal mineralization.A genetic model of mineralization suggests that faults offer channels for up-welling ore-forming fluid that provided Ba2+ with the SO4 supplied by the seawater that led to the deposition of barite in an 2- oxidation environment.
