邯邢地区膨润土矿石特征及应用方向刍议

摘    要:邯邢地区膨润土赋存于新近系九龙口组中,沿走向断续分布约百公里,埋藏浅,层位较稳定,大多适合露天开采。经采用吸蓝量、差热分析、X-衍射,红外光谱、电子显微镜鉴定等多种方法对原矿进行分析测试,确定矿石多为钙基膨润土,部分为钙镁基膨润土。通过对矿石物化、工艺性能测试,该地区膨润土可直接用于用作铁矿球团粘合剂、铸造、工业用活性白土及动物饲料;改性或提纯后可满足工业用活性白土或用作钻井泥浆土的质量要求。若能充分研究和利用,将会产生很大的社会效益和经济效益。

Abstract:Located in Jiu Longkou group of Neogene System,the bentonite in Handan and Xingtai area distributed intermittent around hundred kilometers long along strike,shallow embedding and with stable horizon,mainly fit for opencast mining.Crude ore testing with different methods such as differential thermal analysis,infrared spetrum and X ray diffraction analysis and eletron microscope,confirmed that the bentonite manily composed of Ca-bentonite and partially Ca,Mg-bentonite.Testing on physicochemical prosperties and technological performance of bentonite ore showing that the bentonite in this area can be used directly as adhesive of iron ore pellet,casting,active floridin in industry and animal feed,and it can meet the quality requirements of drilling-mud clay and industrialized active floridin after purification or modification.Which will bring great benfit of the society and economy.
