论定向钻孔施工工艺

摘    要:初级定向钻孔孔身剖面形状多为J 型,主要用地层促斜规律进行人工控斜,辅以人工定向造斜,达到施工目的。此外,还有直线型斜孔,S 型、多分枝定向和水平井等。这类钻孔地质(工程)设计要求中靶精度高,有的钻孔轴线在空间位置的变化受到约束,必须以人工定向造斜为主,同时利用地层促斜规律进行人工控斜,并需采取相应的钻进工艺等综合措施,才能达到施工目的。因此钻孔孔身剖面的设计要经过选型和精确计算,采用专门的造斜机具、定向测斜仪、控斜钻具及其独特的钻进方法。目前,我国在设计施工水平井、全方位多分枝孔、丛式S 形定向注浆孔等方面已垮入国际先进行列。~*

CONSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY FOR DIRECTED HOLES
Abstract:Directed drilling has already got windely used,with various hole types andunique constructional technology.Simple directed holes,characterized by a J-shapedsection,are completed by artifically controlling deflection according to rule of strata-promoting deflection,and by artifically making deflection.Directed holes include S-shaped,straightly inclined,branching and horizontal.These holes are not onlydesigned to reach a higher precision of shooting at prospecting target,but thecorresponding drilling methods should be taken into consideration before constructionrequests can be satisfied.This requires correct determination of hole section beforeconstruction,based on correctly selecting hole type and related parameters.At thesame time,special deflection-making tools,deflectional gradienter,deflection-controlling equipments and unique drilling methads,are all necessary for successfulconstruction.China has ranged herself into the advanced line of the world in terms ofdesign and construction of different directed holes composed of horizontal hole,branching palyorientated hole,J-shaped grout-pumpped hole and so on.
