| Abstract: | By using Tank model, Sacramento model and forecasting model of self-adapting amendment, the paper simulates daily runoff processes for some rivers in Xinjiang and compares suitable conditions and characteristics of these models. The calculation of snowmelt, evaporation and transpiration as well as model structure are improved according to the characteristics of the rivers and discharge properties in inland arid area of Xinjiang. The simulation results are rather satisfactory for Urumqi river, Toutun river, Hashi river, Buljing river and Kunmalik river in Xinjiang Region. |
