| Abstract: | In recent years,with the development of energy and mineral resources bases in Economic Belt on the northern slopes of the Tianshan Mountains,the energy and mineral exploitation and utilization become an important support of ürümqi-Changji District.Based on scale of resources and supply capacity,the support of resources exploitation to economic development,the capacity of resources transforming and sustainable using,combined with the practical situation of ürümqi-Changji District,regarded water and land resources,energy and mineral resources as the breakthrough point,a framework of the sustainable development of resource development and utilization has built in this paper.On the basis of setting up the index systems,through factor analysis,the ability of sustainable development in the district is assessed.The assessment reveals:(1) The support of resources exploitation to economic development presents a general upward trend with steady steps;(2) The scale of resources and capacity of resources supply,the capacity of resources transforming and sustainable using exhibit an upward trend undulately;(3) Generally speaking,the capacity of sustainable development in the district is constantly upgrade,presenting a good developing tendency.Finally,some suggestions are puts forward to impel the sustainable development in ürümqi-Changji District. |
