摘    要:文章分析了我国含油盆地的多旋回、二元结构、叠合盆地特征,提出了"油气成因二元论"的观点,认为石油和天然气既可由沉积有机质转化而成,也可由来自地球深部流体中的无机物生成烃,并列举出二元成烃八个方面的证据.油气成因二元论将对扩大找藏领域和深部找矿提供依据,对丰富矿床学理论、创建油气矿产-金属矿床-非金属矿床的成矿系列具有重要意义.按照油气成因二元论的思路,我国油气中的氦资源、金属元素将会在综合利用中获得巨大的经济效益.
