氨基酸对铅迁移与沉积作用的实验研究

摘    要:根据氨基酸在成矿溶液中存在的可能性,本文提出了氨基酸(氨基乙酸和氨基丙酸)与铅形成易溶络合物,成为铅迁移的重要形式。通过实验证明,在150℃左右是该络合物存在和迁移的最为有效的温度范围。但在200℃以上,络合物将明显地分解,方铅矿则得以沉积。考虑到方铅矿与闪锌矿能紧密共生,因此,方铅矿迁移与沉积的实验结果应与闪锌矿迁移与沉积的机理相符合。笔者的实验结果和其他学者关于有机锌络合物在超过190℃时分解而使锌得以沉积的结论,正好相一致。

Abstract:According, to the, possibility of presence, of amino-acids in ore-forming solu tions the author has made a judgement that the amino-acids (Clycine and ala-mine) with lead are formed easy-dissoluble complexes, which are the important farms of lead transportation. Through the experiments it has been proved, that the temperature about 150癈 is the most effective range for presence and tran sportation of complexes But above 200癈 the complexes will be obviously decom posed, thus the galena can be deposited. Considering that the galena with the sphalerite can intimately form the parageneis, therefore the experimental re sults of transportation and deposition of galena should not be contradicted with the mechanism of transportation and depposition of sphalerite. As predicted above the experimental results of the author are in perfect conformity with the conclu sions of other scholars that the organic complexes of zinc can be decomposed when temperature above 190癈 and thus the zine is deposited.
