| 摘 要： | 对地下水多目标管理模型的特点、建模和求解方法进行了探讨；以包头市为例，建立了综合考虑社会、经济、环境等因素的地下水多目标管理模型，并运用层次线性目标规划求解。研究表明，所提出的管理方案不仅可用于包头市水资源的科学管理，还可作为该区国民经济宏观决策的依据。

| Abstract: | he development of groundwater is related to many factors, such as economy, society, environment and technique. This paper deals with the characters, modeling and solution methods of groundwater multi objective management model(GMM model). As an example, the GMM model in Baotou City is established, which includes economic, social and environmental factors and links the Baotou's national economy plan. Linear goal programming is used to solve it. The result is discussed and the decisions of groundwater management and civil water supply are made based on the model. |
