摘    要:5#钢泥浆泵缸套内工作表面,以碳化钨硬相镍基涂层进行真空熔烧强化处理,大幅度提高了缺套的耐磨料磨损性能。对涂层的显微组织结构及机械性能进行了试验分析,并给出了涂层缸套现场使用的试验结果

Abstract:On the working surfaces of the mud pump cylinder made of 45 # steel, Ni based coatings containing WC hard phase were obtained by consolidating treatment of vacuum fusion sintering. The abrasion resistance of the coating cylinders is greatly increased. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the coating are analysed in the paper. The coating cylinders were manufactured and tested successfully in practical fields.
