| Abstract: | On the working surfaces of the mud pump cylinder made of 45 # steel, Ni based coatings containing WC hard phase were obtained by consolidating treatment of vacuum fusion sintering. The abrasion resistance of the coating cylinders is greatly increased. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the coating are analysed in the paper. The coating cylinders were manufactured and tested successfully in practical fields. |
