| 摘 要： | 作为一门新兴交叉学科，生态经济学指导可持续发展有传统经济学所不具备的优势，辨明了生态经济学与传统经济学的几个关键差异。在基本愿景上，传统经济学认为生态系统是经济系统的一部分，强调研究交换价值流，而生态经济学认为熵流是分析经济系统与自然生态系统关系的基本方法。微观经济学方面，生态经济学区分了不同的关键资源类型之间替代或互补关系，明晰自然资本在生产函数中的作用后，提出了有别于传统经济学的生产函数。宏观经济学角度，生态经济学强调在控制吞吐量的基础上提高人类的福利，明确指出了人类社会发展所面临的3个关键问题，即相对生态系统的人类社会经济系统规模问题、财富或资源的公平分配问题及资源的配置效率问题，其优先性也依次递减，尤其强调规模问题是与传统经济学强调无限增长最显著的差异。

| Abstract: | This paper identifies several key differences between ecological economics and conventional economics. From the analysis of basic vision in conventional economics and ecological economics, the paper points outs the serious flaws of conventional economics, which ignore the natural resources and identifies the role the natural capital plays in it. Ecological economics has key distinction for the nature of the resource, and further more the difference between entropy flow and value stream flow.Ecological Economics also stresses the basis of the throughput control to improve the quality of goods and services, thereby enhancing human welfare. As a result three key issues of ecological economics are derived, i,e. the scale relative to ecosystem,wealth or resources distribution and allocation efficiency. Their priority will decrease sequentially. |
