| 摘 要： | 上海建设用地规模已接近极限,产业发展不能单纯依靠增量土地投入。本文在总结分析目前郊区建设用地现状基础上,就如何促进土地进一步高效利用、经济可持续增长、产业用地政策配套完善等方面进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Industrial land occupation is close to capacity and industrial development is clearly relying heavily on unsustainable incremental land acquisition.This paper analyzes the current district（county） construction situation.The current planning structure is not sustainable and encourages inefficient and expansive industrial land coverage.To optimize the current industrial structure and promote efficient use of land for further sustained economic growth,industrial land policy requires accurate and complete recommendations. |
