| 摘 要： | 福州地区地热资源储量大、水温高,水质纯净,富含有益矿物质和微量元素,具有广阔的开发利用前景。地热作为当地特色旅游资源及清洁能源,开发利用历史优久。目前,借福州创建中国温泉之都之机,许多温泉旅游项目应运而生,但城区和郊县的分制管理在一定程度上影响了对资源的统一规划、综合利用和有效保护,一些企业未取得采矿许可证进行开采,缺乏有效监管,造成资源浪费。因此,在当地政府大力支持下,统一管理、全面规划、加强勘查、有偿配置,对合理开发与保护地热资源,促进温泉之都创建工作,支持海西建设,具有重要的意义。
