云南省丽江市古城区地质灾害区划与防治规划

摘    要:丽江市古城区是云南省地质灾害的多发区之一。区内滑坡、泥石流广为发育,地质灾害已经造成了生命财产的巨大损失,对当地社会经济的可持续发展乃至投资环境都构成威胁。此次通过区内地质灾害的系统调查与分析,对地质灾害进行了易发性区划。根据其危害程度将全区划分为高易发区、中易发区、低易发区,并分别进行了分析评价。其中,高易发区位于金沙江沿岸,面积594.07km2;中易发区位于古城区中部,面积550.68km2;低易发区位于古城城区及丽江盆地地区,面积80.79km2。最后,提出了有针对性的防治规划,并建立了监测网络预警系统。

Abstract:The district of Gu Cheng in Lijiang Yunnan Province,is located in geological hazards easily occurring areas. The geological hazards include landslides, mudflows. The geological hazards have already caused not only enormous losses of the lives and properties, but also threat to the local sustainable development of the society and economics, and even investment environment. This time , on the basis of the disastrous investigations and analysis for the study area, we divided the area into three types according to the degree of hazards : high, medium-prone areas and low-prone areas. What' s more, we analyzed and evaluated them separately. Among these three types, the high prone areas is located along the bank of Jin Sha fiver which covers an area of 594.07Km2. It is an important district for us to prevent and program; the medium-prone areas is situated in the middle of Gu Cheng and its area is 550.68Km2 ;the area of Gu Cheng and the basin of Li Jiang is the district of low-prone, and it covers an area of 80.79Km2 . At last, aiming at the condition of the study area, we presented an previous programming and established an early-warning network systems for monitoring.
