| 摘 要： | 风景区泥石流治理不同于其他泥石流的治理。在总结九寨沟风景名胜区泥石流治理土木设计的基础上,提出4种具有风景区泥石流治理特色的土木工程措施。即漂木拦挡、泥沙拦淤、生态保护及景点保护。详细分析了每种技术的减灾需求,在此基础上结合其他泥石流治理设计的成功经验,总结各技术的设计要点,并给出可供参考的成功应用实例。这些成功技术在九寨沟泥石流治理中取得了成功,可为其他风景区泥石流治理借鉴。

| Abstract: | The debris flow occurs frequently in mountainous national parks,seriously ruining the natural view and ecological safety,threatening people's life and damaging the property in such regions.The prevention pattern of the debris flow in national parks is different from those in other areas,such as towns,traffic lines,and farmlands.The civil engineering techniques for debris flow control in national parks must meet the natural view and be combined with the ecology.On the base of the debris flow prevention in Jiuzhaigou,four type of control techniques are presented in the paper,including blocking big wood,controlling mud and sand,protecting ecology and landscape.Demand for controlling disaster and design essential of each technique are analyzed.Similar to Jiuzhaigou,most of the national parks in China can have the advantages of forming debris flow.These techniques can be applied to the debris flow control in these similar areas. |
