石膏矿采空区充填加固技术的试验研究

摘    要:石膏矿采空区的处理是一项技术难度大、不确定因素多、工艺复杂的工程,本文通过深入调查研究、总结前期加固处理经验及大量的室内试验,确定了以粘土、石膏、水泥、水玻璃为固化剂的充填加固方案,固化浆液分自流式充填浆液和接顶时的充填浆液,其粘土浆液浓度分别为57.59%和56.7%,室内试验确定的固化剂的最佳配方均为:水泥占7.5%,石膏占7.5%,水玻璃占3.0%,并结合固化剂类型确定了固化充填技术方案。

Abstract:It is difficult to deal with gypsum mine of out area because of difficult technology, uncertain factors and complex process.By deeply investigating and summarizing the previous experience and do much laboratory test, this paper has determined the filling and strengthening formulation made from clay, gypsum, cement, water glass.The filling slurry is divided into self flow kind and roof contact kind according to the density of clay slurry which take up 57.59% and 56.7% separately.The best formulation of curing agent fixed in laboratory test is: cement takes up 7.5% , gypsum takes up 7.5% and water glass takes up 3.0% .At the end, a filling and strengthening technical technology process is formulated based on the curing agent.Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement is very important to improve the precision of testing of piles and promote the optimizing and developing of testing means and increase the credibility of testing results.
