| 摘 要： | 地质系统的设备管理工作有所滑坡，因此建立健全设备管理组织机构，加强设备前期管理工作，重视生产现场设备的维护保养等工作迫在眉捷。加强设备管理的检查评比工作，要注意调动广大职工积极性，使每一位职工都能以主人翁的态度参与设备管理．真正从设备管理制度和体制上建立起科学的管理秩序。

| Abstract: | Equipment management in geological exploration system has went into a decline in recent years, thus to establish a right equipment management institutional framework, pay attention to field production equipment maintenance are imminent. To strengthen equipment management inspection and appraise through comparison need to mobilize enthusiasm of vast workers and staff, let them participating in management as their own things, to establish scientific management sequence on an institutional framework. |
