| 摘 要： | 规范开采应贯穿于地质勘探、矿山开采乃至矿区关闭整个过程，使矿山的人、财、物得到最优配置，并可充分体现矿山效益与安全的协和关系。通过对某石灰岩矿规范开采与矿山生产过程中安全、经济合理性的简要分析，进一步说明了规范开采是保障矿山效益与安全的一种有效手段。

| Abstract: | Standardized mining should be worked throughout overall process of geological exploration, mining and even mine turning off. It makes human, financial and material resources get hold of optimal allocation, and make full materialization of harmonized correlation between mining benefit and safety. Through brief analysis on standardized mining, safety and economic rationality during production process of a mine, further illustrated that standardized mining is a kind of effective means to ensure mining benefit and safety. |
