| 摘 要： | 针对地勘单位面临许多实际问题,特别是在当前事转企、企改制的实践中具有诸多的矛盾和困惑,结合地勘单位在从事地质勘探及其延伸生产经营活动中存在的,诸如关于资质管理、合同的签证和索赔、企业的人性化管理、依法管理等几个当前比较突出的问题进行了探讨,并提出相应的对策.

| Abstract: | Based on lumping practical problems the geological exploration industry faced, especially many current conflicts and obfuscations in transformation of public institution into enterprise and general adoption of the market principle, probed into some protruding problems of aptitude management, contract signing and claims, humanization management of enterprise, de jure management existed in geological exploration and its outreach business operations, meanwhile put forward some corresponding countermeasures. |
