泡沫增压钻进技术应用

摘    要:在山西长子县某水源井施工中,利用现有7/9压风机与TB850/50泥浆泵设备,采用泡沫增压钻进技术进行钻探.在钻进过程中,调整参数为:气液比180~240,泡沫液浓度4%~8%.随着钻探进尺的加快和地层出水量的增加,适当增加泡沫剂的浓度,达到降低气液比,有利于携粉,提高钻效.实践证明,采用泡沫钻进要比常规泥浆钻进钻效提高31.7%,纯钻时间利用率提高3.4%,综合成本降低56.1%.

Abstract:A jam accident was happened at 392.63m of R No.49 borehole in No.2 minefield, Huangling mining area, a part of drilling tool was detained in borehole bottom. Make up coal coring for the discarded footage cut-down, we use the smallhole deflecting technique in subsequent operation. Based on the borehole characters, depth and passing position, made a defleeting wedge accord with operating requirements, and lowering it down to assigned position along the lines of stated sequence of operation. During the deflected drilling, carbide bit was selected. According to requirements, we adjusted the drilling recommendation of rotating speed, bit pressure, and pump volume sectionally. To avoid displacement and turning of the deflecting wedge, some preventive measures and technical means were adopted, ensuring the deflecting drilling bypassed the defect tools to the end of the drilling, made up coal coring and gotten better geological techno-economic effects.
