| Abstract: | The Upper Devonian trace fossil Skolithos linearia and the Lower Carboniferous trace fossils:Rhizocorallium jenense,Phycodes ichnosp., Scalarituba cf. missouren-sis,cylindrical tube and Zoophycos ichnosp.described herein were first found in Hua County near Guangzhou. The trace fossils listed above are designated to Skolithos Glossifungites and Zoophycos ichnofacies. Their application to the palaeoenviron-mental reconstruction is discussed also in this paper. |
