| 摘 要： | 2003年6月24日四川省华蓥市遭遇了一场特大暴雨洪水灾害,高山坡上的潜在变形破裂岩体一旦失稳崩落,将与洪水相遇转化为泥石流,危及河两岸近3000居民.笔者于2003年7月现场考察了华蓥市潜在灾害区,并对防灾工作提出对策建议. |

| Abstract: | A giant inundation took place on June 24, 2003 in Hu ay ing, Sichuan. It was able to make the deformed rockbody unstable and to induce m udflow endangering the lives of about 3 000 people. The authors investigated the inundation and potential geological hazards and put forward some precautionary measures for geological hazards. |
