摘    要:万县市新城区位于长江三峡库区腹地,城市建设主要分布于沿江斜坡地带.三峡水利水电工程按175m正常蓄水后,由于地下水位的周期性变化和水浪击岸等营力作用,将产生库岸再造,而库岸再造带宽度,无疑地影响着城镇规划,国土整治,重大工程建设布局.

Abstract:The new city proper of Wanxian City lies in the hinterland of the Yangtze Gorge Reservoir. Urbon construction is in progress on slope zone along the river. Rebuilding reservoir bank zone results from periodic variation in underground water level and from wave erosion due to normal water level of 175 m in the Yangtze Gorge Reservoir. Width of rebuilding reservoir bank zone will exert the influence on the city planning, land realignment and engineering layout.
