| 摘 要： | 根据UNESCO＂世界地质公园计划＂议程,地质公园的建立是实现地质遗迹资源保护与地方经济可持续发展的最佳途径。我国地质公园数量多、等级优,然而在经营的过程中却出现了产权界定不清、产权制度安排不合理、资源利用效率不优化等问题,为充分发挥我国地质公园的经济功能,在分析地质公园产品属性基础上,据产权和公共产品理论,结合各类产品的生产效率,阐述了地质公园产权转移在理论上的可行性,对产权转移中应该注意的问题提出了建议。
