摘    要:S/D-1井盐岩层埋藏深度在2500m以下,在上覆岩层压力、构造应力和井温的影响下,存在着诸多问题,如岩层容易发生蠕变,造成孔内事故以及盐层溶解、塑性变形,硬石膏吸水膨胀造成井眼失稳,盐、石膏对钻井液性能破坏等。通过分析比较,研制出一套适合盐岩地层的钻井液体系,并针对取心与无心钻进等不同情况,研制出不同的钻井液配方。实践证明,该钻井液体系具有良好的抗盐污染和较强的防塌能力,在控制好钻井液密度、黏度、切力、滤失量等性能的前提下,能够达到顺利钻穿盐岩层的目的。

Abstract:The buried depth of salt bed in the S/D-I well is below 2500m. Under the impacts from overburden pressure, tectonic stress and well temperature, many problems have existed, such as strata easy to creeping slowly caused drilling accident and salt bed dissolution, plastic deformation, anhydrite imbibition caused well unstable, salt and gypsum demolish performances of drilling fluid etc. Through analytical comparison, a set of drilling fluid system has developed, in allusion to different conditions of coring and full hole drilling, developed different drilling fluid formulae. Practices demonstrated that the drilling fluid system has good salt pollution resisting and strong anti-caving abilities. Under the precondition of properly controlled fluid density, viscosity, shearing force, filtration loss, can accomplish the target of to perforate salt bed smoothly.
