| 摘 要： | 普安县位于贵州省西南部，煤炭资源丰富，埋深800m以浅资源量约35亿t。是贵州省重要的煤炭基地。煤炭资源主要分布于普安县南部的青山向斜内，煤炭资源开发引起了煤层自然、透水、瓦斯爆炸、环境污染、废水和煤矸石、水土流失等多种地质灾害，为此提出了关闭小煤矿、加大煤矿瓦斯抽采力度、进行二次能源转换、采用洁煤净煤技术、坚持以防为主、防治结合的煤炭资源开发与矿区环境保护的思路。

| Abstract: | The Puan County is situated at southwestern part of the Guizhou Province. It has about 3.5 billion tons of coal resources with burying depth above 800m and is one of important coal production base in the province. Coal resources are mainly distributed in the Qingshan syncline in south Puan. Multi-geological hazards including coal seam spontaneous combustion, inrush of water, fire- damp explosion, environmental pollution, waste water and gangue, soil and water losses brought about during eoal exploitation. Thus thoughts of coal resource exploitation and mining area environmental proteetion measures including to turn off small coalmines, strengthen fire-damp drainage, carry, out secondary energy conversion, use clean coal technology, persist in prevent first in controlling have put forward. |
