| 摘 要： | 和田、喀什、克州三地州共处新疆南疆西部，自然环境恶劣，是新疆自治区严重缺煤地区，煤炭供需矛盾突出，严重制约了当地经济社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高，因此加大煤炭资源勘查力度，加快煤炭工业发展，对解决南疆三地州的缺煤问题，实施新型工业化建设战略，稳定南疆地区的政治形势，提高人民生活水平都具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The natural environment rigorous three prefectures of Hotan, Kashi and Kizilsu are situated in the western part of southern Xinjiang, and badly short of coal resources. Contradiction of coal supply and demand is conspicuous, thus seriously restricted local economic and social development and living standard improvement. To increase coal resource exploration intensity, quicken up coal industry development have major significance to solve the short of coal, carry new industrialization strategy into execution, stabilize political situation in southern Xinjiang and improve people＇s living standard. |
