| 摘 要： | RB50车载钻机是德国宝峨公司生产的全液压顶驱钻机,它具有扭矩大,可施工大口径水源井、瓦斯抽放井及煤层井的能力,同时具备绳索取心、空气潜孔锤和气举反循环钻井等功能。以该钻机的装备、性能及参数为基础,着重介绍了它在空气潜孔锤正循环钻井、泥浆常规钻井、两套空气压缩机并车的空气潜孔锤钻井和双壁管气举反循环钻井方面的施工工艺,并对各工艺中钻进参数及施工中的注意问题进行了必要的说明。提出了该钻机可在水平井施工和贯通式潜孔锤气举反循环钻井方面发展的思路。

| Abstract: | The RB50 truck-mounted drilling rig is an all-hydraulic top-drive rig produced by the German Bauer Maschinen GmbH with large torque, can drill large diameter water source wells, gas drainage wells and coal seam wells, meanwhile it is provided with wire-line coring, air DTH hammering and air-lifting reversed flush drilling functions. Based on the rig＇s mountings, performances and parameters, emphasized introducing its air DTH hammer normal circulation drilling, conventional mud drilling, two air compressors parallel air DTH hammering and double-wall pipe air-lifting reversed flush drilling techniques, and explained parameters in various techniques and essential problems ought pay attention to. Put forward thoughts on the rig can be further applied to the horizontal well construction and run-through DTH hammer air-lifting reversed flush drilling. |
