| 摘 要： | 2008年由美国次贷危机引发的国际金融危机,不可避免地对我国经济产生重大影响,而如日中天的煤炭地质勘查单位也难以独善其身,其表现如下：煤炭需求量下降,直接造成煤炭资源勘查投资与项目减少;与基础施工项目相关的工程勘察、桩基检测、建材测试等业务大幅度减少;加工制造业特别是涉外企业经营困难,出口量骤减;房地产开发明显下滑及资金流转不畅等。随着中央促进经济增长的10项措施的实施,也为地质勘查行业带来了广阔的市场和发展机会,因此煤炭地质单位要适时抓住这难得的机遇,力求做好以下四个方面的工作：一是强化主业,调整结构、优化布局,拓展市场;二是加强矿权运作,推进探采一体化;三是实施大地质战略,拓宽服务领域;四是坚持“走出去”,参与国际竞争。

| Abstract: | The 2008 international financial crisis initiated by the US subprime mortgage crisis inevitably impacted our country＇s economy materially. While the coal geological exploration units at the apex cannot maintain their personal integrity during the chaotic times and manifest as follows： lowering coal demand caused coal resource exploration investment and projects reduced directly; infrastructure project related engineering investigation, pile foundation detection, building material testing reduced sharply; manufacturing industry especially foreign-related enterprises have difficulties in management, export quantum greatly diminished; obvious letting down real estate development and not expedite flow of fund etc. Along with put into practice of 10 measures to stimulate economic growth from central authorities, bring along broad market and development chances to geological exploration industry. Thus the exploration units should catch hold of the uncommon favorable opportunity, striving to get done with following works of four aspects： the first is intensifying main lines, adjusting structure, optimizing overall arrangement, expanding market; the second is strengthening mining right operation, promoting exploration-mining integration; the third is actualizing great geological strategy, broadening service sectors; the fourth is persisting in ＂gotten out＂, participating international competition. |
