| 摘 要： | 煤炭资源储量是衡量矿山开发建设的重要依据,估算依据准确与否直接影响到资源储量的可靠性。但在实际工作中仍存在新旧标准混用、不能正确理解和运用新标准规范等一些问题。根据新规范的要求及近年在矿产勘查和矿产资源估算工作的实践,阐述了执行新规范的资源储量估算应注意的问题：如资源储量估算范围,参与资源储量估算的可采煤层,一般工业指标在具体运用中需注意的问题、控制程度及块段划分。认为新规范的准确执行对煤炭资源健康有序开发利用具有积极的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Coal resource reserve is major basis of coalmine exploitative construction, if the estimation basis correct will directly influence the reliability of reserves. But issues of blending of new and old criteria, and cannot understand and use new criterion correctly are still existing in practices. According to new criterion requirements and mineral exploration and mineral resources estimation practices in recent years, expounded issues have to be noticed in resource estimation based on new criterion such as： reserve estimation bound, mineable coal seams participating in reserve estimation, general industrial requirement issues need to be noticed in practice, controlling extent and block division. Considering that the correct execution of new criterion has guiding significance in healthy, ordered exploitation and utilization of coal resources. |
