河东煤田杨家湾勘查区洁净煤等级划分

摘    要:河东煤田杨家湾勘查区钻孔煤层煤质分析显示,太原组煤层以中硫、中灰、中高挥发分、中高发热量的气煤和1/3焦煤为主,山西组煤层主要为特低硫、中高灰、高挥发分、中发热量的气煤。利用工业分析、元素分析及工艺性能数据分析了各指标的变化规律,在此基础上,根据煤炭资源潜力评价洁净煤等级6级划分方案,对本区煤的洁净等级进行了划分:山西组原煤洁净等级为Ⅲ-Ⅳ级,以Ⅳ级为主,属中等-较好洁净煤,太原组原煤洁净等级为Ⅳ级,属于中等洁净煤;山西组和太原组浮煤洁净等级为Ⅱ-Ⅲ级,均属于较好-好洁净煤。

Abstract:The coal quality analysis of borehole coal samples from the Yangjiawan exploration area, Hedong coalfield has demonstrated that the Taiyuan Formation coal is mainly medium sulfur, medium ash, medium high volatile matter and medium high calorific value gas coal and 1/3 coking coal;Shanxi Formation coal mainly extra low sulfur, medium high ash, high volatile matter and medium calorif-ic value gas coal. Using proximate and ultimate analytical data and technological property data, analyzed variation pattern of each in-dex. On this basis, according to coal resource potential assessment clean coal 6 categories division scheme, ranked cleanliness of coal in the area:Shanxi Formation raw coal belongs to cleanliness categories III-IV, mainly category IV, thus medium to preferable clean coal;Taiyuan Formation raw coal belongs to cleanliness category IV, thus medium clean coal;cleanliness of float coal from both forma-tions belongs to categories II-III, all preferable-nice clean coal.
