| 摘 要： | 在分析金刚石绳索取心钻进特点及对冲洗液要求的基础上，根据地层岩性特征和构造破碎程度进行钻井液的研究工作。根据二十多年的实践研究，总结出适合福建省煤田金刚石绳索取心钻进的钻井液体系：聚丙稀酰胺低固相泥浆、无粘土冲洗液、LBM超低固相冲洗液、磺化沥青冲洗液，并对各种冲洗液的配方及适应地层进行了详细介绍，提出了队、中队和机台冲洗液的管理办法，从而彻底改变了福建省在金刚石绳索取心钻进方面的被动局面，提高了钻进效率，降低了钻探成本，取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | Inconformity with the Fujian area strata lithological characteristics and structural fracturing extent, based on diamond wire-line coring drilling characteristics and drilling flush fluid requirements, studied the drilling fluid, summed up the drilling fluid system adaptable to the province： PAM low solid mud, clay-free flush fluid, LBM super-low solid flush fluid and sulfonated gilsonite flush fluid and detailed introduced a variety of flush fluid formulae and adaptable strata. Put forward a flush fluid management system of exploration team, detachment and drilling crew levels. Thereby has thoroughly changed the passive situation on diamond wire-line coring drilling aspect in the province, boosted drilling efficiency, lowered down drilling costs and acquired rather good economic and social benefits. |
