摘    要:在矿山复杂水文地质条件下如何进行快速封堵及动水注浆是注浆领域的技术难题,开发新的化学注浆材料是一个有效的解决途径。通过分析聚氨酯合成反应温度、加料方式、各类助剂、添加剂对比试验,对聚氨酯注浆材料的生产配方进行优化,并确定材料最佳配方。结果表明,以磷酸作为缓凝剂,乙酸乙酯为溶剂,PM-33为催化剂,采用4%纳米二氧化硅改性制得的注浆材料性能较好、遇水膨胀率高、反应过程及产物环保无毒。该研究可为复杂水文地质条件下的注浆工程提供一种新型的单组分水下速凝膨胀聚氨酯注浆材料。

Preparation of underwater quick-set and expansion polyurethane grouting material and its properties
Abstract:Quick plugging and dynamic grouting technology under complex geologic conditions in mines is a technical problem in the field of grouting and one of the effective solutions is to develop new chemical grouting materials. Based on the reaction principle of polyurethane materials, we carried out the research and development on production formula of polyurethane grouting materials. By analyzing the polyurethane synthesis reaction temperature and the way of adding reagents as well as conducting contrast experiments on various auxiliaries and additives the best formula for the material was determined. It was found that the grouting material prepared by 4% nano silica modification had better performance, and high hydro-expansion rate, and reaction process and products were environmentally friendly and non-toxic by using phosphoric acid as retarder, ethyl acetate as solvent and PM-33 as catalyst. Our work is believed to provide a new type of one-component quick-set and expansion polyurethane grouting material for grouting under complex geologic conditions.
