摘    要:随着煤矿井下履带钻机客户定制化的不断普及,针对履带钻机产品种类及规格呈现精细化、多样化、复杂化等特点,成功开发了多变幅履带钻机模块化平台。分析了模块化平台研制过程中的4个关键环节:模块化平台的建设,模块化部件合理划分及开发,模块化部件的集成与开发,面向客户的模块化定制模式;提出了基于ATO模式(订单装配模式)的多变幅履带钻机产品模块化定制流程。应用效果表明:多变幅履带钻机模块化平台的建立,产品研发周期缩短了75%,降低了新产品开发成本,提升了快速应对市场需求的能力,方便了产品升级、售后和生产组织管理。

ATO mode-based modular platform development of variable luffing crawler drilling rig used in underground coal mine
Abstract:With the continuous popularization of customized crawler rigs in coal mines, the variety and specifications of crawler rigs have been further refined, diversified and complicated, and the modular platform of variable luffing crawler rigs has been successfully developed. The four key steps in the development of modular platform were analyzed:the construction of modular platform, the rational division and development of modular components, the integration and development of modular components, the modular customization model for customers based upon the proposed ATO-based model. The application results show that the establishment of the variable luffing crawler rig modular platform shortens the product development cycle by 75%, reduces the development cost of new products, improves the ability to quickly respond to market demands, and facilitates product upgrade, after-sales and production organization management.
